Siva Kumar Pedapalli · Founder, Stratylix LLC
Stratylix is led by its founder, Siva Kumar Pedapalli, whose background spans more than eight years across supply chain, operations, project management, enterprise delivery, and client-facing execution. His experience was built close to day-to-day operations, where he repeatedly saw the same challenge: capable organizations losing time, visibility, and efficiency because of manual processes, fragmented systems, and technology that did not reflect how the business actually worked.
His professional journey has included Navy and Marine operations leadership, enterprise operations management, graduate engineering at Northeastern University, and selection as a Harvard delegate in both 2022 and 2024. He is also a Certified ScrumMaster and holds the Google Project Management Certificate. Beyond his professional work, he has traveled across 28 countries, developing a broader perspective on how organizations, cultures, and operating environments approach technology, execution, and change.
That combination of operational experience, engineering thinking, project leadership, and global exposure shapes how Stratylix approaches every engagement. The focus is not on introducing technology for its own sake, but on understanding what a business cannot afford to disrupt, identifying where technology can create a measurable improvement, and designing solutions that work under real operating conditions.
At Stratylix, that means connecting strategy with execution, applying AI and automation where they create practical value, modernizing systems without ignoring the realities of existing operations, and being willing to say when the right answer is simpler than adding another technology platform.

Stratylix LLC is an enterprise technology company. We design, build and integrate the software, data, cloud and automation that complex organizations run on — and we apply AI where it measurably changes how work gets done, not where it simply demos well.
The practice is built for environments where downtime, compliance and scale are not negotiable. That shapes everything: how we architect, how we sequence a migration, and how much we insist on understanding a process before we touch the system that runs it.
We would rather tell a client their problem is not a technology problem than sell them a platform. That instinct is why the work tends to hold up long after launch.

These are the positions we actually argue for in engagements — which is a more useful test than whether a word sounds good on a wall.
Clarity before complexity
The first deliverable is usually a clear picture of the current estate. Most over-engineering happens because nobody mapped what was already there.
Systems thinking
A problem in fulfillment is often a planning problem, and a planning problem is often a data problem. We follow it to where it starts rather than treating the symptom.
Business outcomes before technology
If a rule engine solves it better than a model, we will say so. The measure is whether the operation improved, not whether the architecture is fashionable.
Integration over silos
We assume an existing estate. ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, cloud and data platforms are the starting conditions, not obstacles to be replaced.
Automation with human control
Anything consequential routes to a person. Guardrails, approval gates and audit trails are part of the design, not a later hardening pass.
Build for operations, not demos
Systems are judged on the day they misbehave. We design for the exception path, because that is where operational software actually lives.
Philosophy
Why supply chain and AI sit inside one practice
Supply chain and operations is where enterprise technology is hardest to fake. The systems are numerous, the integrations are unavoidable, and the consequences of getting it wrong are physical — stock in the wrong place, a line stopped, a delivery missed. It is a demanding environment to build in, which is why depth there transfers well elsewhere.
AI and automation belong in the same practice for a related reason. The value of applied AI depends almost entirely on the quality of the operational data and the clarity of the process it is acting on. A company that only does AI tends to underestimate that dependency. A company that only does operations tends to underestimate what is now possible.
We work across both because in practice the interesting problems sit at the intersection.
