Build and integrate business-critical applications across the enterprise stack, from APIs and services through to the data layer they depend on.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build backend services and APIs for enterprise clients.
  • Integrate with systems of record such as ERP, WMS, TMS and OMS.
  • Own testing, CI/CD and observability for the code you ship.
  • Work directly with client engineering teams during delivery.

Requirements

  • Five or more years building production backend software.
  • Strong SQL and relational data modelling.
  • Experience integrating third-party or enterprise systems.
  • Comfortable owning a feature from design through production support.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to supply chain or manufacturing systems.
  • Cloud architecture experience on AWS or Azure.

Apply for Senior Software Engineer

Connect trading partners, carriers and internal systems so operational data moves reliably and failures are visible rather than silent.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain EDI and API integrations across the client estate.
  • Design mapping, validation, retry and replay for each partner flow.
  • Instrument monitoring so a missing document is detected, not discovered by a customer.
  • Document the integration contract between each pair of systems.

Requirements

  • Hands-on EDI experience (850, 855, 856, 810, 940/945).
  • REST and event-driven API integration experience.
  • Practical understanding of idempotency and error semantics.

Nice to have

  • Middleware or iPaaS platform experience.
  • 3PL or carrier onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines.
  • Reconcile operational data across ERP, WMS, TMS and OMS.
  • Model data for reporting that operations teams recognise and trust.
  • Establish data quality checks and make failures observable.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and Python.
  • Experience with warehouse, lake or lakehouse patterns.
  • Track record turning messy source data into something dependable.

Nice to have

  • dbt or equivalent transformation tooling.
  • Supply chain or manufacturing data experience.

Sit between operations and technology: establish what is actually failing, then shape the system work that fixes it.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client processes, systems and integration estate.
  • Translate operational problems into a sequenced technical plan.
  • Support WMS, ERP and planning implementations through go-live.
  • Say plainly when the answer is not a new platform.

Requirements

  • Operational experience in supply chain, warehousing or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with WMS, ERP or planning systems in production.
  • Able to write and present clearly to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Implementation or systems-integration background.
  • Lean or Six Sigma exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Build retrieval-grounded assistants and scoped, permissioned agents.
  • Define tool boundaries, approval gates and audit trails.
  • Build evaluation sets and measure quality honestly.
  • Recommend rules over models when rules are the better answer.

Requirements

  • Production experience with LLM APIs and retrieval systems.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Clear thinking about failure modes, guardrails and evaluation.

Nice to have

  • Enterprise integration experience.
  • Background in operations or supply chain.
